  2. Put all Lot files (.trayitem, .bluprint and .bpi) in a folder Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray
  3. In game go to an empty lot and enter cheat bb.moveobjects on
  4. Place a house from Library
  5. Turn off cheat bb.moveobjects off
